More of her and less air above her head would be what I wanted in this shoot, also, seems a bit unnatural that she is looking away with the mussels in the face at their edge, she is basically as one with it all so she shouldn't have her attention on something, instead she should just "be"; it would be softer, more naturalistic if she was looking towards you, not straight down nor to hight up but with her face more relaxed and "graceful", which I think would enchant the very “as one feeling” this great image delivers.
Really, well done Kate, your work and creativity is inspiring.
